One of my wishes for this year is to get fit.


I tried to make exercising a habit many times before, and all I got from my attempts was a frustration feeling. Surprisingly, one of my 2023 goals is to hit the gym 240 times! 🤯


Recently, I renewed the way I approach my goals, and the result has been very rewarding. I feel very motivated, and you can too! It's time we talk about 3 things:
