The Dragon Within: Why Dragons?
You might wonder about my fascination with dragons. To me, dragons symbolize the pinnacle of both authenticity and leadership - mighty, yet introverted beings who thrive on bringing out the best in others.
My Chinese astrological sign, the fire dragon, embodies power, loyalty, and the capacity to protect what's precious. It's a fitting metaphor for the leadership journey we embark on together.
But there's more to our emblem than dragons. The Koi fish's resilience, the Ting Symbol's emphasis on listening, the fiery Heart's passion, and the Lotus flower's beauty emerging from adversity - all reflect the multifaceted journey of growth and leadership.
