The Last Spark & Fire… For Now

Tonight’s Spark & Fire Leadership Huddle carried a quiet meaning beneath the laughter.

It was the last one at this current time slot.

Not because the fire is ending.

Because life is evolving.

Next week brings London.

May brings the start of a new full-time role.

And with new seasons come new rhythms.

Sometimes growth asks us not to quit what matters… but to redesign how it lives.

Endings That Are Really Transitions

There can be sadness in closing a chapter.

A familiar hour.

A known rhythm.

A little ritual that held reflection, honesty, warmth, and connection.

But this is not loss.

It is recalibration.

Spark & Fire was never about one time slot.

It was about creating space where humans could think deeply, laugh freely, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

That spirit can move.

What Tonight Represented

Tonight we didn’t even read from the book.

We simply talked.

And somehow it became one of the most human sessions of all.

Laughter.

Leadership reflections.

Life transitions.

Beauty in imperfection.

Workplace truth.

Random joy.

A reminder that the container may change…

…but the magic lives in the people and the intention.

The Leadership Lesson Hidden Here

Many people cling to old formats because they once worked.

But wise leadership asks:

What served me then?

What serves me now?

What must evolve so something meaningful can continue?

That question applies to teams.

Careers.

Relationships.

Communities.

And yes… leadership huddles.

What Comes Next

Now comes curiosity.

What schedule best fits this next chapter?

Morning fire?

Evening reflection?

Monthly deeper circles?

Shorter but sharper sessions?

Something entirely new?

The dragon does not mourn every cave it outgrows.

Sometimes it simply chooses a sky that fits its new wingspan.

Dragon Wisdom

Do not mistake changing form for losing purpose.

Sometimes the next version of something beautiful is waiting on the other side of courage.

Spark & Fire is not over.

It is stretching.
