❤️‍🔥💚🔥🔥🔥🐉 When service leads, impact multiplies

Last week I wrote about loyalty, how trust is built not in grand gestures, but in the rhythm of small daily acts, and how loyalty must be mutual, not blind.

Today’s lesson goes deeper.

“Leadership is service—whether in your home, your team, or your community—and the measure of your service is the impact it leaves, not the title you hold.”

This lesson is drawn from The Leadership Leap, Chapter 14: Integrity in Release, where I write:

“Leadership often tempts us to tie our sense of worth to outcomes—to believe that our success is defined by what we achieve, control, or deliver. But when leadership becomes an extension of ego, it narrows our vision… Integrity asks us to make a different choice: to focus not on what we control, but on the impact we create.”

When I was younger, I believed leadership was about being seen, being recognized, being given the title. But titles don’t create trust. They don’t inspire followership. And they don’t heal the fractures people carry.

Service does.

Service is:

💚 Listening to someone no one else hears.

💚 Protecting your team when the storm hits.

💚 Quietly repairing systems so others can flourish.

💚 Choosing impact over recognition.

And I was reminded of this truth again last week.
