šŸ’š Weekend Blessing for the Grieving Hearts

For those of us who’ve lost someone too soon

a father who wasn’t done guiding,

a mother whose warmth we still reach for,

a brother whose story should have had more chapters,

a child who should still be here.

This blessing is for you.

šŸ”„ May your memories be embers, not ashes

soft glows that warm, not only burn.

And if your tears fall again this weekend,

may they fall into ground that can hold them.

🐲 May you feel your beloveds near

not always in signs or symbols,

but in the shape of your courage,

in the tenderness you carry,

in the ways you’ve kept loving

despite it all.

šŸ’” And for those we’ve lost while they still breathe

the ones who turned toxic,

the ones who walked away,

the ones we had to love from afar just to survive…

May you honor the grief there too.

Because losing someone who is still alive

can be just as shattering

especially when silence has replaced what once felt sacred.

šŸ’ŖšŸæ May you stop asking whether you’re healing ā€œright.ā€

There is no map for this kind of loss.

Only the slow, sacred work of staying open

to life again.

And if love has nowhere to land today

may you give it to yourself.

Gently. Fiercely. Without question.

You are still here.

And that is no small thing.
