Thank You, Avagasso Community! ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ’š

Over the past few days, Iโ€™ve been asking for your help in shaping the next content sprint โ€“ and you delivered! ๐Ÿ™Œ

๐Ÿง  After tallying the votes, Psychological-Specific topics came out on top, receiving a powerful 47%! Itโ€™s clear that you want to dig deeper into the psychological aspects of leadership and team dynamics, and Iโ€™m excited to dive into these conversations with you. Leadership-Specific topics also had a strong showing at 21%, reaffirming the importance of tackling these subjects from a leadership perspective.

With these insights, Iโ€™m kicking off a two-week content sprint exploring โ€œThe 10 Worst Leadership Dragons & How to Tame Themโ€.

Leaders come in all forms, but sometimes our traits can turn toxic if left unchecked. Over the next two weeks, Iโ€™m diving into the world of dragons - each one representing a leadership flaw weโ€™ve all encountered (or even embodied) at some point.

๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ’ก Through storytelling, weโ€™ll explore the 10 Worst Leadership Dragons, highlighting their dangerous behaviors, their effects on teams, and - most importantly - how to tame them to unlock their hidden strengths.

๐Ÿ”ฅ First up: The Micromanaging Wyrm. This dragonโ€™s toxic trait is rooted in control โ€“ hovering over every task, never trusting its team. But once tamed, it can evolve into a powerful Guardian of Detail, ensuring excellence without stifling creativity or autonomy.

๐Ÿ‰โœจ Iโ€™m looking forward to sharing more about other dragons in the coming days. Thanks again for your engagement, and I hope you will enjoy the journey with me!
