I will share my personal approach to to identify what belongs in the past, retain its lessons, yet detach from its hold. By providing a framework that I have personally used, attendees can explore their what they are spending their time on and discover the non-beneficial elements to make space for growth. The metaphor of the plant ecocycle will be shared as an effective method for personal growth and development.
