Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel the course series, we require a minimum of 12 days before the second scheduled session (the first session is there to introduce the course, and you have two days to decide not to continue once attending that day - if you do not attend that day, you forfeit your ability to refund the course). If you fail to provide us with at least 12 days' notice or fail to attend the scheduled session, you will forfeit the session and will not be entitled to a refund. Payment Terms: If you cancel the prepaid course series with at least 12-day notice, you will receive a 75% refund. If you cancel with less than 12 days ' notice or fail to attend the second session, you will forfeit the course series fee and will not be entitled to a refund. By agreeing to pay for this course series, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our cancellation policy and payment terms.
